You see the real price — and what it includes — before you buy.

Buying a wheelchair shouldn't mean "call for pricing" or guessing what a configuration costs. Here, every chair shows its price as you build it, and every order comes with guidance and support a checkout-only retailer can't offer. Here's exactly how that works.

The price you see is the price you pay

Open any chair's builder and the total updates live as you choose options — frame, wheels, casters, seating, and the rest — right next to the running weight and estimated overall width. There's no hidden markup at checkout and no "request a quote" wall. Pricing follows each manufacturer's published pricing, so you're never overpaying to buy here.

What you're actually paying for

The chair is the same chair you could buy elsewhere. The difference is everything around it: a free fit consult before you commit, a personal review of your configuration before it's built, and a follow-up call after delivery to dial in the fit. That guidance and after-sales support is included in the experience — not billed as an extra.

Specials and discount codes

When a promotion is running, you enter the code right in the builder's discount field and the total updates before you check out. No haggling, no back-and-forth — the price you see already reflects it.

Custom-built, so a few honest caveats

Because each chair is built to your measurements, it's non-returnable — but it stays adjustable and upgradable in most cases, and Daryl reviews every order before it's built specifically to catch problems before they happen. These are cash-pay purchases; we don't bill insurance, which keeps the guidance independent and the timeline fast.
