For Therapists
A partner for complex cases.
Independent specialist backup for complex seating and mobility decisions — no manufacturer agreements, no conflicts with your clinical judgment. Refer with confidence that the recommendation follows the patient's needs, full stop.
What I do — and what I don't
I'm an independent mobility equipment specialist with 20+ years in complex rehab technology. I've worked inside large DME organizations — National Seating & Mobility, NuMotion, SpinLife — and I left to do this without the conflicts of interest those environments create.
I don't have manufacturer agreements. I don't push a brand because it's on contract. When you refer a patient to me, the recommendation they receive is based entirely on their clinical picture — not on what I need to sell.
I also don't bill insurance or Medicare/Medicaid. That keeps the process clean: no prior auth delays, no documentation burden on your staff, no waiting six months for a chair that should have shipped in six weeks.
I work best alongside your clinical judgment, not instead of it. If you've already done the evaluation and the patient just needs someone to source and configure the right chair — that's exactly what I'm here for.
When to refer
I'm a useful resource when:
- A patient needs a custom ultralight or complex rehab chair and the standard DME pathway is slow, frustrating, or producing the wrong recommendation.
- A patient is paying out of pocket — either by choice or because insurance won't cover what they actually need — and wants someone who knows the equipment to source it directly.
- A nursing home or skilled nursing resident is spending down to Medicaid and the family needs to make a good equipment decision quickly.
- You want a second opinion on a seating configuration before a patient commits to a chair.
- A patient has a chair on order from another vendor that isn't right and needs someone to intervene before it ships.
How it works for your patient
The process is simple. Your patient books a virtual or in-person evaluation. We talk through their clinical picture, functional goals, and environment. I specify the right chair, source it from whichever manufacturer builds it best, and handle delivery and setup.
For patients who already have a written evaluation from you, we can often skip directly to configuration and ordering — which cuts the timeline significantly.
There's a flat evaluation fee and a price match guarantee on equipment. Patients pay directly. No insurance navigation, no surprise bills.
No referral fee. No paperwork.
I don't pay referral fees — I think they create the same conflicts I left the industry to avoid. If you refer a patient it's because you think it's the right call for them, and that's how it should stay.
I also won't create work for your team. If you want visibility into what I recommended and why, I'm happy to share that. If you just want to point a patient my direction and trust that they'll be taken care of, that works too.
