This page explains what personal information wheelchair.direct collects, why, and how it’s used. Last updated August 8, 2026.
Who we are
wheelchair.direct is operated by Bullard Dynamics, LLC, based in Washington State. For any question about this policy or your personal information, contact daryl@wheelchair.direct.
Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly, and some information automatically as you use the site.
- Account information — name and email address, handled by our authentication provider, Clerk, when you create an account.
- Order and configuration information — chair specifications, measurements, shipping address, and order history, needed to build and ship your chair.
- Payment information — payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card number; Stripe handles that directly.
- Correspondence — anything you send us via a contact form, the fit consult, service intake forms, the on-site chat widget, or email, so we can respond and provide support.
- Usage information — standard technical data (pages viewed, browser/device type, approximate location from IP) collected automatically via analytics and advertising tools, described below.

We do not sell your personal information.
