Online Configuration & Intake
You capture your dimensions and specs in the configurator — seat width and depth, seat-to-floor heights, camber, wheels, casters, and every component. That build sheet becomes the blueprint for everything that follows.
The Human Sanity Check
Before a single part is ordered, an expert manually audits your configuration to intercept geometric conflicts, camber plug compatibility issues, and wheel-clearance problems — the kind of conflicts an online form will happily let you order into.
Precision Workshop Assembly
Your chair is assembled by hand and verified: checking frame squareness, eliminating toe-in/toe-out tracking errors, and torquing every fastener to spec so the chair rolls straight and holds its setup.
LTL Palletized Fulfillment
The fully assembled chassis is secured to a custom pallet with heavy-duty poly-film and foam-in-place contoured protective packaging — engineered to completely eliminate freight transit damage, so it arrives exactly as it left the bench.
