Orders and pricing

Prices shown in the configurator reflect the chair and options selected at the time of order. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before an order is confirmed. Placing an order through checkout is an offer to purchase, which we accept by processing payment and beginning the build.

Custom-built chairs

Every chair is built to order to your measurements and configuration by the manufacturer. See our return policy for how this affects returns and post-delivery adjustments, and our shipping policy for delivery terms.

Accounts

If you create an account, you’re responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse this site — including attempting to interfere with its normal operation, submitting false or fraudulent order information, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

Product and medical disclaimer

Information on this site, including fit guidance and the fit wizard, is provided to help you choose and configure a wheelchair, but is not medical advice. For medical decisions about seating, positioning, or mobility equipment, consult a qualified healthcare provider or physical/occupational therapist.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, wheelchair.direct and Bullard Dynamics, LLC are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site or a purchased product, beyond the remedies described in our return policy and any applicable manufacturer warranty.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
