After your chair arrives, we schedule a half-hour video call. We go through initial setup, positioning, and any adjustments you can make yourself — so you’re not left figuring it out alone. No extra charge. Included with every order.

How it works.
Three steps from quote to better deal.
- 1Email me your quote. Send a screenshot or PDF of the quote to quotes@wheelchair.direct. Include the chair model, configuration, and the price you were quoted.
- 2I confirm the match and send an invoice. Usually within one business day. If I spot anything in the configuration worth flagging, I’ll mention it — but the decision is always yours.
- 3Chair ships. We schedule your setup call. Once delivery is confirmed, we book your 30-minute video call to walk through setup and initial adjustments.
One thing to know.
You don’t need an evaluation to order — and I won’t require one. But if you haven’t had a professional seating evaluation, I can’t be responsible for whether the chair fits correctly.
Wheelchair fit matters more than most people realize — seat depth, width, back height, and footrest position affect posture, skin integrity, and long-term health. If you have any doubt about whether you’ve been properly measured for the chair you’re ordering, it’s worth a quick conversation before you commit.
